Solutions particularly specializes in   Value Engineering  (or as it is sometimes called, Value Analysis), Value Planning, or Value Management.

The Solutions team has led Value Engineering studies, workshops, and training seminars for a variety of governmental and private industry clients both while doing business as Solutions Engineering & Facilitating, Inc. and while working for other firms.

Solutions is able to relate to the technical staff involved in a project because of our extensive engineering and construction backgrounds.  We have served many industrial, corporate, and government clients. While Solutions can help a diverse client spectrum the company specializes in serving the transportation and the petroleum/chemical industries.

Solutions has developed many unique and leading edge Value Engineering permutations.  They include:
bullet Customizing value studies for technology selection and process simplification,
bullet Incorporating TRIZ analyses with the value study job plan,
bullet Developing an on-line database on which the value study team members can post their analyses for peer review as well as later use it as a technology exchange medium,
bullet Incorporating formal Decision Analysis into Value Engineering.
